Allied Health Appreciation Week

Last week, we took the much-deserved time to appreciate some people very close to our hearts – the unsung heroes of healthcare, our allied health workers. You know, the MVPs quietly doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes, making sure our health game is always on point.

It's not just about the technical know-how. These folks are the heart and soul of the healthcare team, bringing an infectious enthusiasm and genuine care to the field. They're not just treating symptoms; they're treating people. It's like they've got this playbook for healing, and they execute it with a combination of skill and heart that deserves a standing ovation.

Pictured below, you’ll see Kia, Matt, and Lauren (all recruiters here at Spire) out in the field visiting with many of our talented allied travelers across Northside, Wellstar, and Emory hospital systems. Just look at the smiles on their faces — something we never tire of.

Lauren Wade, one of our Healthcare Recruiters, spent the entire week visiting our Allied workers: “Being as Spire is local to Atlanta, we were excited to have the opportunity to thank our Allied Health Travelers in person! Facilities have such a need for allied health roles right now, and these individuals are going above and beyond to provide support in these crucial areas. We are thankful for all they do” she says.

So, here from all of us at Spire, we’re here to recognize these dedicated individuals and acknowledge their passion they bring to the healthcare field.
