Hi, I’m Michael Jacoutot - Founder and Managing Partner. In 2013, I started Spire with the goal of becoming my own boss but found I have more bosses than ever - my clients, candidates and employees! To date, we have served over 130 companies and helped over 1,000 candidates find jobs. When I’m not in my Spire seat, I am a husband to Carly and father to three children.
