Hi, I’m Kathryn Fouse. I am the ultimate swiss-army knife. As any working mother knows, multi-tasking is the only way to survive sometimes! Married with three wonderful children that keep me busy in the post-pandemic “new normal,” I have sharpened my multi-tasking axe even more as the Director of Ops at Spire. I build the rails the business runs on and am continually making updates so we can better serve our candidates and customers. With over 10+ years’ experience in recruiting, I’ve seen it all and I am taking the best out there and plugging it in to Spire!
